Sources of the front-page marks: Das Wahre ist das Ganze. (Phenomenology of Spirit, Preface §20); Was vernünftig ist, das ist wirklich. (Philosophy of Right, Preface). Both sentences have been read against the corresponding German texts; the marks serve only to identify the figure, and structural conclusions rest on the many pieces of evidence in the main text.
One-line placement: Hegel’s absolute Idea has as its content the self-determination and self-knowledge of the Concept, but “the self-knowledge of the Idea itself” is not the same as “every reader must first rightly recognize the universe of the Idea for it to hold”. The absolute knowing of the Phenomenology of Spirit, the method of the Concept’s self-knowledge in the Science of Logic, and philosophy’s self-understanding in Encyclopaedia §574—577 belong to different moments of argument; read together, they show that knowledge has been placed internally, while self-knowledge cannot be deleted from the completion of the system he lays down. Provisionally ② (B); ① has C-grade competition because of its positive inclusion, but it cannot yet be proven that the endpoint is unchanged once self-knowledge is deleted.
Most distinctive point: a structure that still contains “self-knowledge” without depending on an external seer. Three functions must be distinguished: whether an individual reader understands (not a condition of the universe holding); the transformation of knowledge in the experience of consciousness in the Phenomenology of Spirit (bearing the argument’s load in entering science from the standpoint of consciousness); and the self-understanding of the absolute Idea and of Spirit (a structural load positively laid down within the system).
Core question: how can the splits between being and thought, subject and object, freedom and institutions be understood, without degrading unity into an undifferentiated empty substance, and without leaving thought outside its object? Does a knower know a pre-existing whole, or does the whole achieve self-understanding through its own differences and mediations?
This archive distinguishes “textual reliability” from “strength of structural judgment”. T1–T4 describe the date, authorial attribution, stability of transmission or representativeness of the text itself. A–D describe how certain a judgment drawn from the text is: A = stated directly in the original; B = a strong structural inference supported by several passages; C = grounded, but with an equally reasonable alternative reading; D = an objector’s stress test / a hypothesis awaiting verification. An A-grade original only proves that “the text really says this”, and does not automatically raise the related interpretation to A.
Direction marks: support = supports the current six-position judgment; limit = shows a functional mediation still bearing load or a possible boundary; disputed = the text does not point one way;
neutral = the text exists but does not for now constitute a core limit in the deletion test. The evidence cards clearly distinguish “short German original phrase” from “Chinese located paraphrase”, and an unchecked paraphrase may not be put in quotation marks as a verbatim original.
Range of core texts: evidence is built primarily from the Preface and the final chapter “Absolute Knowing” of the Phenomenology of Spirit, the beginning and the final chapter “The Absolute Idea” of the Science of Logic, Encyclopaedia Logic §79–82, §236 and Philosophy of Spirit §381–384, §572–577, and the Preface and §142 ff. of the Philosophy of Right. “The absolute” is not presupposed to have exactly the same meaning across the works; the 1830 Encyclopaedia is taken as the clue to the late final version, and the lecture additions edited after Hegel’s death are not misused as texts from his lifetime.
T1–T4 for this figure: T1 = locatable main text of works published in his lifetime and finalized by the author (including the author’s texts of the Science of Logic and the Encyclopaedia); T2 = posthumous compilations, lecture records or supplementary content needing attribution checks; T3 = unclear variants, unstable layers of record; T4 = the later Hegelian schools and modern interpretation.
The load-bearing E cards of this archive are mainly T1, and translations themselves cannot replace checking against the German original editions.
Boundary of quotation and collation: this archive takes the work and the traditional chapter, section or book as its unit of verification; English translations are aids for checking the author’s propositions, not verbatim substitutes for the author’s original German. Where the author’s own statements are listed separately, they should be marked T2 under v1.3 and read against T1; this archive does not use disputed posthumous papers as core evidence.
How can the splits between being and thought, subject and object, freedom and institutions be understood, without degrading unity into an undifferentiated empty substance, and without leaving thought outside its object? Does a knower know a pre-existing whole, or does the whole achieve self-understanding through its own differences and mediations?
1. The Phenomenology of Spirit rejects external standards of judgment: consciousness tests the relation of knowledge and object in its own experience, passing successively through negation and reconstruction.
2. “The true is the whole”, but the whole is a result in development; substance must at the same time be grasped as subject, and the absolute may not be taken as an undifferentiated thing simply there.
3. The Science of Logic enters becoming from the passing of pure being and pure nothing into each other, and then, through essence, concept, objectivity and Idea, method itself becomes the self-movement of the content.
4. The Concept is not a classification an individual arbitrarily imposes on objects; the absolute Idea embraces both the theoretical and the practical Idea, and understands method as the Concept’s own activity.
5. Through the relation logic—nature—spirit, the Encyclopaedia shows the internal place of the world of differences, of life and of knowledge; spirit returns to itself from its natural presupposition.
6. Art, religion and philosophy are different manifestations of absolute Spirit; philosophy places the same content in the Concept’s self-knowledge, constituting the endpoint and key load of the system.
7. The Philosophy of Right still requires explaining the objective realization of freedom through right, morality and ethical life; philosophy does not erase historical difference because of absolute knowing.
Note on evidence (repeated): T1–T4 indicate the reliability of textual sources, A–D the certainty of the card’s textual facts and structural interpretation; A extends only to what is explicitly said. Support, limit, disputed and neutral all refer to the present six-position argument for this figure. The “proposition in the original” on most cards is a Chinese research paraphrase with an exact chapter pointer, not the German original sentence; short original phrases are marked separately with their source.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The true must be grasped not only as substance, but equally as subject.
Structural role of this evidence: It gives the highest ground its own activity and mediation, rather than a subject looking from outside at a static being; an important candidate for self-inclusion.
What it does not prove: “Subject” is not an individual psychological subject opposed to the world.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: German phrase: “Das Wahre ist das Ganze.”; the whole reaches what it is only through its own development.
Structural role of this evidence: It takes the self-formation of the whole, rather than an undeveloped one-line assertion, as the measure of the final account.
What it does not prove: The single word “whole” is not enough to prove that the whole thought has completed ①’s two conditions.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The absolute is essentially a result, only at the end what it truly is.
Structural role of this evidence: It establishes that completion is not a static snapshot of an endpoint;
negation, knowledge and self-realization in the process must be counted.
What it does not prove: Not all contingent historical facts may be directly regarded as necessary logical deductions.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: So-called negation and mediation do not reduce the object to empty nothing; the real work is “tarrying with the negative”.
Structural role of this evidence: What bears load is determinate negation, not the arbitrary destruction of concepts.
What it does not prove: Negating fixed substance is not the same as deleting all cognitive activity.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Consciousness itself provides the measure of its knowledge; experience changes the relation of knowledge and object.
Structural role of this evidence: The method in turn constrains the method of observation itself, strong structural evidence of self-reflexivity and internal observation.
What it does not prove: That there is no external judge in the experience of consciousness does not mean that the final absolute knowing can be deleted.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Mutual recognition, labour and the mediation of self-consciousness are placed within the unfolding of spirit.
Structural role of this evidence: Relations between subjects cannot be replaced by a solitary act of knowing, providing evidence for the return to the social dimension.
What it does not prove: A local relation of recognition cannot sum up the whole endpoint of absolute Spirit.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Spirit understands its objectivity as its own unfolding; “absolute knowing” is the final moment that takes back the alienated mediations.
Structural role of this evidence: This is the relation of completion by which the experience of consciousness in the Phenomenology of Spirit reaches “absolute knowing”;
as the transition into science it bears structural load, but it may not be directly identified with the movement of the logical Idea itself.
What it does not prove: The completion of the phenomenology does not mean that every actual reader’s perception is indispensable to the generation of the universe, nor can it be identified with the final chapter of the Science of Logic on the strength of the one word “absolute”.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The pure beginning may not rely on a presupposed concrete object; the unfolding of science is circular, and the end explains the beginning.
Structural role of this evidence: Beginning and end determine each other; the method thought proposes for itself is also within the logical movement.
What it does not prove: The circular account does not automatically guarantee that the system is beyond criticism.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The indeterminacy of pure being and pure nothing coincide in abstraction; the truth of both is becoming.
Structural role of this evidence: It withdraws static duality but keeps the movement of difference, showing that the abstract cannot be sealed off independently as the highest substance.
What it does not prove: It cannot be classed as ① “the occurring itself” on the strength of the word “becoming”; the system does not stop at this step.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Aufheben means both cancelling and preserving; determinacy as a result is not simply reduced to nothing.
Structural role of this evidence: The deletion test must look at whether a relation continues to bear structural function; being sublated may not be misread as complete invalidity.
What it does not prove: The meaning of the word does not replace chapter-by-chapter argument; negation need not imply that all propositions are equivalent.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Essence is not a second substance that can hide forever behind appearance; it constitutes its truth through appearing.
Structural role of this evidence: It determines the relation of the ground to the world of differences, limiting the treatment of logical structure as a worldless hidden reality.
What it does not prove: It does not say that every existing fact is rational because it appears.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The movement of the Concept leads to objectivity, and then to the unity of the theoretical and practical Idea.
Structural role of this evidence: The Concept is not a subjective language game;
the highest structure contains an objective side of self-realization.
What it does not prove: Jumping directly from “Concept” to an absolute knower is still an unargued over-interpretation.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The absolute Idea is the complete form of truth; method is the movement of the Concept’s self-knowledge, not merely an external procedure by which humans know objects.
Structural role of this evidence: At the end of the Science of Logic method is turned from an external instrument of knowledge into the Concept’s own movement of self-knowledge; even if the external philosopher’s viewing is deleted, this internal relation of self-knowledge cannot be directly deleted.
What it does not prove: The self-knowledge here cannot be equated without argument with the transformation of individual consciousness in the Phenomenology of Spirit; “self-knowledge is internal” cannot be used to infer automatically that “the function of self-knowledge is deletable”.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The absolute Idea does not keep the external as an absolutely incomprehensible independent other; the unfolding of the Idea passes over into nature.
Structural role of this evidence: The whole system does not permanently refuse the empirical world in pure concepts.
What it does not prove: How the relation of Idea—nature avoids circular derivation remains a genuine interpretive dispute.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Understanding, dialectic and speculation are different moments of the logical;
speculative unity does not clear away determinate differences.
Structural role of this evidence: The load of method lies in the complete movement of conceptual grasp; one may not keep only the first negation.
What it does not prove: These are systematic determinations of forms of thought, not the same as everyone being able naturally to undergo their completion.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The absolute Idea unites the subjective and objective Idea, theory and practice, life and cognition.
Structural role of this evidence: It directly shows the internal connection of the ground and knowledge, positive evidence of inclusion for the test of ①’s two conditions.
What it does not prove: Positive inclusion is only what ①’s first condition requires; if “self-knowledge” is non-deletable, it is still not ①.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The Idea appears as nature in the form of externality; nature is not an arbitrary fiction of human ideas.
Structural role of this evidence: It shows the systematic place of objective difference and the externality of nature.
What it does not prove: “Externalization” does not mean explaining nature as psychological imagination, and it too has interpretive difficulties.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Spirit has nature as its presupposition and returns to itself; freedom belongs to the core determination of spirit.
Structural role of this evidence: The knower, nature and freedom receive a positive structural connection, without relying on a final observer placed outside the whole.
What it does not prove: That spirit comprehends nature still cannot guarantee in one sentence that all historical events can be derived with logical necessity.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: §574 calls the concept of philosophy “die sich denkende Idee, die wissende Wahrheit”, §573 says that philosophy at its end grasps its own concept;
§577 further places “die sich wissende Vernunft” as the middle term of the third syllogism.
Structural role of this evidence: Two conclusions that do not replace each other: (a) self-inclusion B — philosophical thinking and its self-understanding obtain a positive structural place within absolute Spirit; (b) load of completion B — as philosophy’s final self-knowledge, deleting it would change the closing determination of §574—577. (a) holding does not automatically imply ①, because ① also needs (b) to be deletable.
What it does not prove: It does not mean that the world would fail to hold if any empirical reader failed to understand; likewise, positive inclusion does not mean that final self-knowledge is deletable.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: The final paragraphs explain, through several interacting syllogistic relations, the logic, nature, spirit and the self-knowing absolute Idea.
Structural role of this evidence: §575 starts from the syllogism of logic—nature—spirit; §576 has spirit as middle term, with subjective cognition appearing; §577 has self-knowing reason as middle term. The three relations positively place subjective cognition, and also keep the final relation of self-knowledge.
What it does not prove: §575—577 cannot be simplified into an author or reader standing outside the whole and recognizing everything; the different syllogisms cannot prove that the closing determinations of logic, nature and spirit remain complete once philosophy’s self-knowledge is wholly deleted.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Philosophy must grasp the rational actuality of its time; the owl of Minerva takes flight at dusk.
Structural role of this evidence: It returns to the understanding of history, institutions and the spirit of the age, while limiting philosophy’s pose of arbitrary prophecy.
What it does not prove: “The actual is rational” does not mean that every existing unjust institution should be unconditionally approved.
Proposition or short quotation from the original: Ethical life and the state are understood as the objective realization of free will in institutional relations.
Structural role of this evidence: It answers how freedom is realized through concrete social mediations, without pressing real experience into abstract logic.
What it does not prove: His theory of the state must still bear normative and historical criticism, and is not exempted by systematic coherence.
Aufhebung/sublation: cancelling while preserving; not wiping out every function with one word of negation.
Bestimmte Negation/determinate negation: the subsequent relation driven by the contradiction or limitation within a concrete determination.
Begriff/Concept: not a subjective label, but a structure that determines itself, organizes objectivity and derivation.
Vermittlung/mediation: the relations of difference and process of becoming that completeness cannot omit.
an sich/für sich/an und für sich: in itself, for itself, in and for itself are relational positions, not to be mechanically matched to dates.
absolutes Wissen/absolute knowing: the conceptual relation in which spirit at the end grasps its objectivity and its own movement.
absolute Idee/absolute Idea: the theoretical / practical unity of the Concept and the completion of the method of self-knowledge.
objektiver Geist/objective spirit: the relations of spirit in institutions, ethics, right and history.
Selbstwissen/self-knowledge: one must ask whether it is a self-evident structure of the whole, or a non-deletable cognitive function of the process of completion.
Positive evidence: “substance is also subject / the true is the whole” in the Preface to the Phenomenology establishes the moving whole; the absolute Idea of the Science of Logic defines the internal method; Encyclopaedia §573—577 further positively lays down the structural place of philosophy’s self-knowledge and of absolute Spirit (E-07, E-13, E-19, E-20).
Limiting evidence: being—nothing—becoming cannot alone represent the whole system; if self-knowledge is the determination of completion of the absolute Idea, it cannot be deleted because there is no substantial external viewer.
Disputed reading: ① stresses that thought / speech are already included in the Concept’s self-unfolding, and the ground itself does not wait on any individual to understand it; ② stresses that “itself knowing itself” has become a non-deletable link of the complete ultimate structure.
Present safest conclusion: ② (B), but the B judgment concerns only the final relation of self-knowledge and its connection to the system; the Idea itself does not have an individual reader’s acknowledgment as a precondition of its existence. ①’s first condition, “positive inclusion”, is B; the second, “still complete after right self-knowledge is deleted”, has not passed (the present C-grade competition cannot yet stand as strong proof).
Already withdrawn / de-substantialized: static substance and the external split of subject and object; treating pure being as the fullest reality; regarding the method of knowledge as a subjective tool outside the object.
Core structural load-bearing points: the determinate negation and internal method of the Concept, the differentiation of nature—spirit, and the self-understanding of the absolute Idea / philosophy;
the Concept’s self-knowledge is distinguished from actual readers’ knowledge, and they are not set as one function.
Disputed functional load-bearing point: whether the “self-knowledge” of the absolute Idea is an inseparable definition of the Concept itself, or can be absorbed by “occurring” without bearing load independently; the actual philosopher’s understanding is only one form of historical realization, and cannot be directly identified with the above logical determination.
Object of deletion (one at a time): the main test deletes the function “self-knowledge / the Concept grasping itself” in the final determination of the system; the control test deletes only the external fact “whether actual readers rightly understand”, keeping the internal movement of the Concept and its self-knowledge.
What still holds after deletion: if only actual readers’ understanding is deleted, the logical movement as object and the account of nature and spirit do not automatically fail (no final-layer break). If the internal function of self-knowledge is also deleted, partial descriptions of conceptual difference and of the unfolding of nature and spirit can be kept, but it is no longer the original complete closure of the system.
Where it breaks after deletion: deleting internal self-knowledge directly changes the final determination of method in the Science of Logic and the determination in §573—577 of philosophy grasping its own concept; the “absolute knowing” of the Phenomenology of Spirit has its own chain of completion from consciousness to science, not literally identical with the other two.
Levels of break: deleting an external individual reader’s understanding mainly damages the teaching layer or the individual path layer; deleting “the self-knowledge of the Concept / of philosophy” damages the structural layer and the final layer (B). The two may not be written together.
Status within the complete ultimate structure: internal self-knowledge is the constitutive and completing relation Hegel himself gives to the absolute Idea / absolute Spirit; it is not an independent external knower, yet it is still a cognitive function that cannot be directly deleted.
The place of thought itself (self-reflexivity / self-inclusion): self-reflexivity means that philosophical method may not be externally exempted; self-inclusion is B: §573—577 place philosophical knowledge within absolute Spirit and use it to look back on its own concept. That self-inclusion holds and that this cognitive function bears final load are two judgments.
Mode of being after completion: the system does not require keeping a fixed subject standing outside the object; philosophical self-knowledge continues as a mode of reason alongside art and religion.
Return: the externality of nature, family, civil society, the state, art and religion are not swallowed by the final category, and must keep their determinations in their own domains.
Another reasonable reading: the ① candidate regards internal self-knowledge as an aspect of the movement of the Idea itself, cancelling its “independent” status; but it would still have to prove that, once even this function of self-knowledge is deleted, the final structure laid down in §574—577 does not change, rather than merely cancelling an external knower.
Present safest boundary / grade of judgment: ② (B); positive inclusion B, final load of self-knowledge B, while ①’s “internal occurring absorbs self-knowledge” keeps a C-grade dispute, and ① is not declared automatically for lack of an external subject.
Positive evidence: E-13, the Science of Logic, lays down the internal method of the Concept; E-19/E-20, Encyclopaedia §573—577, explicitly make philosophical cognition and self-knowing reason a link of the movement of the whole; this is B-grade positive evidence for the place of thought itself.
Limiting evidence: “self-knowledge” as the highest movement still needs self-justification: if the system claims to complete itself in self-knowledge, that is not a cognitive function cancelled unconditionally.
Disputed reading: “the Idea knows itself” should not be personified as the universe having a brain; nor, because it is not personified, can it be said that there is no cognitive function at all.
Present safest conclusion: self-reflexivity B, self-inclusion B; ①’s first condition can be granted, but the second has not passed: positively including cognition does not mean that it is still complete once final self-knowledge is deleted.
Positive evidence: the absolute knowing of the Phenomenology is the completion of the chain of the experience of consciousness, the absolute Idea of the Science of Logic is the internal self-knowledge of the Concept and its method, Encyclopaedia §574—577 are the closure of the system in which philosophy looks back on its own concept; the three are related but not the same.
Limiting evidence: the absolute Idea does not depend on actual readers or an external knower first knowing it; but the final determination of internal self-knowledge cannot be cancelled on that account. De-substantializing subject and object is distinguished from deleting a function.
Disputed reading: ① reads self-knowledge as an internal aspect of occurring, ② reads self-knowledge as a determination of completion; the two cannot be decided on the word “subject” alone.
Present safest conclusion: ② (B), the key load lying in internal self-knowledge rather than in readers’ knowledge; what ①’s competition needs, “deleting the function of self-knowledge still leaves the endpoint unchanged”, cannot yet be established from the texts checked.
Current six-position placement: ② Direct Seeing of the Ground (B; ① a C-grade competing reading)
Chain of argument: place of the ground → final load-bearing point → strict deletion test → place of thought itself → most delicate point, to be read as a whole, not decided by one famous sentence.
Reasons for judgment: Hegel positively takes philosophical knowledge into spirit, but also writes self-knowledge into the systematic completion of the absolute Idea and absolute Spirit; the transformation of knowledge in the phenomenology, the internal method of the logic and the systematic closure of the encyclopaedia each have independent standing. Deleting a reader’s understanding does not harm the universe, but deleting self-knowledge as a definition damages the endpoint, hence the initial judgment ② (B), with C-grade competition from ①.
Boundary: the ② placement rests on the many T1 pieces of evidence that “internal self-knowledge is non-deletable”; ③ enquiry into the ground and ④ explanation of institutions and history are indeed components, but under this final systematic determination they are only different levels of task, and do not constitute equally strong six-position main-class competitors.
The six positions do not measure the worth of figures.
Making negation, relation, method and philosophy itself objects of theory, and attempting, without cancelling difference, to determine logic, nature, spirit, freedom and history as one chain of explanation that can return to itself.
Counter-question: The Concept’s self-knowledge is wholly internal to the Idea, so it should be judged ① directly.
Main grounds: §236 and §574 strongly support self-inclusion.
Current reply: Positive inclusion is accepted as B, but deleting the self-knowledge of the Concept / of philosophy would directly change the final determination of §574—577;
①’s second condition cannot be inferred merely from “self-knowledge is not outside”.
Counter-question: The phenomenology of spirit is only a path of knowledge, the final being is there from the start, so self-knowledge is deletable.
Main grounds: The Science of Logic begins from pure being.
Current reply: The transformation of knowledge in the phenomenology cannot be identified with the conceptual movement of the logic; yet in §573—577 Hegel still writes philosophy’s self-understanding as the final determination, and it cannot be automatically deleted because it has a path aspect.
Counter-question: Hegel merely gives a complete explanation of the world, so it should be ④.
Main grounds: The Philosophy of Nature and the Philosophy of Right both explain order.
Current reply: The ④ task of the philosophy of right, history and institutions is acknowledged; but the ② structural judgment of “how the absolute Idea and absolute Spirit must complete themselves” bears load independently in the T1 texts of the Science of Logic and the Encyclopaedia, and ③/④ are not equal main classes.
Counter-question: Affirming the whole status quo with “the rational is actual” should lower the reliability of the thought.
Main grounds: Philosophy of Right, Preface.
Current reply: Asserting that all actuality is rational is a disputed over-generalization; the philosophical determination of Wirklichkeit must be distinguished from ordinary existence. The criticism can be kept, without changing the T of the original.
Counter-question: The Concept’s externalization into nature is circular, so there can be no strong structural inference.
Main grounds: The final paragraph of the absolute Idea and §244.
Current reply: Whether the circle succeeds as argument needs examination from the opposing side (C); but the B-grade structural fact that “the author does set self-knowledge as the moment of completion” does not disappear because its success is disputed.
Counter-question: Dialectic is a negative movement that never stops; Hegel’s system is really continuing inquiry, so it should be ③.
Main grounds: Determinate negation and “tarrying with the negative” (Preface §32); Encyclopaedia §§79—82.
Current reply: The movement of negation does run through the system (E-04, E-15), and ③ is a component of it; but the Science of Logic closes in a circular structure where “the end explains the beginning” (E-08), the absolute Idea is the complete form of truth and the self-knowledge of method (E-13), and Encyclopaedia §§574—577 closes the system with philosophy’s self-understanding (E-19, E-20). Dialectical negation is the way self-knowledge is completed, not endless inquiry; so ③ does not form a main class of equal rank, and ② (B) is unchanged.
With No.46 Kant: the comparison is only a hypothesis awaiting verification; the point is not who is deeper, but whether transcendental conditions can take thought itself into the whole. With No.43 Descartes (placed at ③): Descartes seeks certainty through the cogito, while Hegel makes the method of thinking in turn its own object; the comparison concerns different tasks and final structures. With No.48 Schopenhauer: whether the will must be known and then cease, and whether the Idea must know itself to be complete, are objects of deletion that may not be conflated.
The absolute Idea is not an external object, but a structure that moves itself, determines itself and finally knows itself.
Knowledge is positively placed within the totality of Concept and spirit, but if “the Concept’s knowledge of itself / philosophy’s understanding of itself as the expression of absolute Spirit” were wholly deleted, the structure of completion laid down by the Science of Logic and the Encyclopaedia would change; therefore ① cannot be judged directly from “there is no external viewer”.
This archive maintains: nominalization ≠ substantialization; de-substantialization ≠ deletion of function; whether there is an external knower ≠ the function of right cognition already being deletable; cognition occurring on the path may still bear structural load if it decides complete completion; self-reflexivity ≠ self-inclusion. This archive explains the six-position placement through chains of evidence.
